Our founder, Joshua Gramlich, brings decades of hands-on experience in steel fabrication and high-volume manufacturing. Joshua has led the creation and optimization of steel handrail manufacturing shops, managed industrial machine tool and production line maintenance, and established robust company maintenance functions—including CMMS implementation and quality documentation.

With a background spanning roles at Titan Industries, Rivian, Sila Nanotechnologies, Enovix Corp, Tesla, Keystone Steel and Wire, Bluetech Automation, and Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions, Joshua has developed and managed teams responsible for production line maintenance, equipment improvements, and process documentation. He has successfully passed ISO9001 certification audits and implemented manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
