His career spans roles at Tesla, Rivian, Sila Nanotechnologies, Enovix , Tesla, Keystone Steel & Wire, Bluetech Automation, and Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions. Across these organizations, Joshua has guided teams in production line maintenance, equipment upgrades, and process documentation. He has successfully navigated ISO9001 certification audits and deployed manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to streamline workflows and elevate efficiency.
